My entry for the competition for Draw with Jazza. Unfortunately I didn't think new grounds would crop my image so much so perhaps I'll post it on deviantart as well with a link here for it, because half of her tail and the background is like gone and lost in here, while deviantart doesn't really do that. I should have looked into this before creating the picture. Nonetheless I'm super proud of this picture and the competition pushed me to use loads of references and learn from tutorials in order to create the right sort of effects, textures and the sorts. The fish in the water are butterfly koi fish and the mermaid tail and stuff is based kinda on that and on a goldfish as well. If I would be able to create this like you'd be in a vr like containment where you would feel like you're swimming and wear like a suit that connects to the vr system and you'd be really able to swim like a mermaid, relax like this or explore and see the fishes and the underwaterworld, and since you won't be in real water, you can just breath.
