First try at 256fes with Frog, from Chrono Trigger! 256fes challenges the artist to make a model with a tri limit of 256 and with a maximum texture size of 256 x 256.

My texture game is weak as hell, so I suffered, a LOT. Exactly 256 tris was also a way bigger challenge than I expected, so there's a lot of jank going on.. but it was a very enlightening experience, to say the least.
