notreallybre and I recently started River City Girls and we just HAD to do some art of Misako and Kyoko! Bre drew the girls and I did the rest in blender! It was an interesting challenge to mix hand drawn and 3D art!

The biggest challenge was probably incorporating the 2D art into the scene and trying to make it appear with some level of physicality, so please excuse issues where the lighting might not make total sense. It's not quite perfect, and I'm still working on getting my materials right, but I think it looks pretty decent overall. Animating (even something as simple as this) is tough work, but I feel like I learned a lot!
