i must say that this dragon is the best one that you have, also i think it is a great idea to estar drawing element dragons perhaps light and dark? haha,anyway keep on rockin' baby
all i can say is
IT IS THE BEST DRAGON PICTURE OUT OF EVERYONE I HAVE SEEN IT LOOKS REAL LIKE I COULD JUMP INTO MY COMPUTER

The dragon is very well detailed and leaves a very big impact on viewers. My biggest interest however would have to be as you say, that water. It's absolutely perfect the way it is. I find it even better with the sun's distorted reflection in the water. Another thing I would like to point out is the clouds. They are also detailed to look very realistic. Even the mountains in the background look very well done.
This piece of work deserves the perfect score.
