This is a nicely drawn portrait of (human) fluttershy. The way you've drawn her wings, shoulder straps and necklace so well symmetrical to each other is what I find very pleasing to the eyes. You've put in a great effort at making her body figure look as elegant as possible, with the way her hands are flexed out and her legs forming a formal stance of women. Almost nothing in the picture looks disoriented or questionable.
The only suggestion I'd really give to this drawing is to add more detail to her wings, just as you've done with her accessories, and the pink bows found on her dress. Fluttershy is a pegasus after all, and her wings are a strong symbol of this!
