Heres my second submission. i managed to decide on what background (at last) it seems to be a better one of The Purple Devil. a little info on him - you notice his eyes are really evil and red and stuff, thats where the "Devil" bit of his name came from, "The Purple" bit is obvious really. i think hes kind of a bit like the Joker from Batman but hes a litle more comic :) (not like... i mean.... damn it. u know what i mean >:|) i have another idea involving him so ill try to start and finish that for today.
