Honestly drawing this fella was a big pretext to try and draw just like Moby Francke used to back when he worked for TF2, too bad i do not have the painting tools and materials to do that correctly :,/
Just like others have pointed out in the comments, you have perfectly recreated the artstyle of Francke. Despite your worries of not using the right equipment, when I look at this image side to side with his work, it truly appears like something he would have done. A huge amount of applaud for your grand art skills and efforts put in this making.

Also i have not forgotten about your TeamFortress2 idea. I haven't started on it yet, but I always think about how to best execute it. Make it grand like a poster you'd like to hang at your living quarters! Just imagine with me for a second, Marc, a nice poster of one of the mercs and their lives tastefully made in one of the official styles of that game.. Boy o boy! What an idea you had!
