Please don't vote low, because I'm only 9 and I got like a B+ in art (lol) So, here it is, Ash with Pikachu
not so good.....
Sadly,I have to review this based on what newgrounds expects and not from your age.This need ALOT of improvement,But I did like the eyes.

Background:0/10(There was no background,One of thoose greatly improves art(If it was well drawn)
Art:2/10(I liked the eyes(I Can't even do that without stuffing up) You shouldAdd more characters,Plants,background ect.....)
effort:2/10(You should put in more effort(it really helps in improving ratings)
You should improve on everything in this,If you try all of the above you would get higher ratings,You impressed me that a 9 year old could draw this(You have talent)
