This is Maria from the Nintendo 3DS game "Dillon's Dead-Heat Breakers" (You may recognize the titular Dillon as the armadillo cowboy assist trophy from smash bros)

The reason I liked this character so much is because she's supposed to be a reference to Mario, as she wears red clothes paired with overalls, and she has a taller sister who wears the same outfit but in green named Louise.
