Franc the Flamingo. He's not pink because he's too poor to afford Shrimp. (which is what makes flamingos pink fyi.) He works at Sherwin's Orphanage and helps take care of the babies.

Normally I work hard to try and figure out what makes a piece good or bad, but....
I have no idea why but this character is extremely appealing. Maybe it's the enormous, detailed, but still "wing-like" hands? Maybe it's the shading? Minimalism? Proportions? I have no idea, but I love this artwork.
You get 5 stars because I do not rightly know how this piece could be improved.
Franc looks like an honest good bird.
