So I entered this T-shirt Design contest at this forum that I frequent. Hopefully it gets picked. Her head seems kinda big now that I look at it, But it doesn't screw stuff up to bad.
Drawn in flash with my tablet and edited in photoshop.

Oooh, this is really sexy and I love the anatomy. Cute design too~. I thought of Ariel when I saw her.
The red seems a little too bright, but maybe that's just me.
