This was a guest submission to All The Enemies! on Twitter, a project looking to create art of every Super Mario series enemy in order. This was the second drawing contributed to the project, the first being a Jumping Piranha Plant.

I asked to draw the Coin Coffer from Mario 3D Land and I think it turned out pretty good! Originally I wanted to have him barfing a bunch of coins...

...but it just sorta looked like he was choking on Corn Pops.

I'm pretty happy with how the final drawing turned out! I think using a PNG of a Mario coin worked well both for my lack of coin-drawing skills and comedically, and I'm really happy with the colors and pose.
