Based on stated time spent, although I don't know the character, I love the drawing! I saw the "wip" animation first and then the final piece. Sure, it leaves much to be desired in terms of detail but the overal image is there and presents a menecing looking charecter in a nice pose and with a lot of image depth. Love the scythe as well, really cool. Rating 4/5 because not quite done?

My humble little drawing I created for the Challange of the Month Contest in May 2017.
The Theme was Level Cap, and the goal was it to show the overpowered/maxed out version of a character from a Movie/Series/and so on.
I took Doktor Stein from Soul Eater as he has a cool but not to detailed base design and tried to work with this. Had several Ideas that I could not do because there was no time left, will try to start more early next time I want to participate in such a contest :D
But for my first time participating in such a thing It is fine, at least in my eyes^^
Had to do this on about three and a half Hours after a long day of Work (10hours the be precice) at the last day before deadline, and I am quite happy with how well my tired and weary self performed this time.
