Pizza or Pancakes - or both? Also trying to research with cars could challenge an Evo with little to no mods... Because so far I've selecting cars based off of personal favorites but pretty soon I'll be forced to look up old NFS and GT stat screens 
A fine connoisseur chooses both! Fine work with both of these gals. As for a potential challenger using a stock model, you could go for the Subaru Impreza or Toyota Supra.
Any decent sports car could challenge the EVO if Pizza Girl is out of her element, or if the opponent decides they like to play dirty (and raise their own insurance rates by a fortune). Take out the wide lane city streets and what is she?
You need some old muscle, the 2000s Bubble was at it's peak and I'm sure you can find a dickhead teen look that fits for like a Chevy Nova or a Plymouth Barracuda. I also like how the goth serves pancakes, May or may not be because of that Goth IHOP meme
