Originally designed as a splinter group for the Gothpunks, The Cyberpunks consist of four young adults who've gone under cybernetic enhancement, out on their own be it estranged from society or looking to change the corrupt society crumbling around them. They reside in a district near Philadelphia where crime and drugs run rampant, and they seek to clean the streets by nearly any means.
Duncan Smalls, a hard-headed but bold soul, out to reunite with what's left of his family. Chris Wyatt, a spoiled rich-kid type who fled his luxurious lifestyle to be a hitman. Donna Romero, a former student learning to truly stand up for herself and fight for peace. Steven Kane, a computer science prodigy, helplessly addicted to a futuristic all-in-one drug that he seeks to eliminate from circulation.
These four are not role models or noble heroes. They're all guilty of past wrongdoings one way or another, but they're dead-set on fixing their city as best they can. Knowing full well that they're in over their heads, they push forward, even if it may kill them.
