The fifth of five prizes for a Fan Art Contest I held back in late 2013, this prize is for Cloud-Dream, starring his character Arrow being transformed by Valerie from Pokemon into Arrow's female form, Arial, buuuuuuut, becoming quite infantile in the process, considering Valerie had everything ready it's quite easy to guess she had all planned :V
