This is gonna be long, sorry x’D
TL;DR: This is Angel Dust and Thief Anon from a lovely fanfic “The Thief, The Spider, and The Hotel” by LazBriar. It’s been completed six months before the pilot dropped, thus it differs in some ways from the canon. It’s explicit, so read at your own risk. If you like it, leave the author some love.
Who would have thought I’d ship a character with a male!reader insert... Welp, not me, that’s for certain 8) On the other hand you can’t really blame me, because said reader-insert could’ve been a full-fledged OC with no problem.
Here in this picture you can see Angel Dust from Hazbin Hotel and Thief Anon from fanfiction called “The Thief, The Spider and, The Hotel”, written by LazBriar. It’s super long (249 pages in PDF!) and has all the things Tiggers like the best. Sex, violence, drugs, blowjobs, guns, hedonistic metropolis in Hell, crazy heists, Apocalyptic fights, psychotic demon bunnies, snarky locust demons, shamelessly romantic love story of two sinners... All the good stuff. The fic has been completed six months before the pilot dropped and it differs in some ways from canon, but it really didn't bother me.
I’m thankful I stumbled upon it on AO3, because reading it started my recovery from burnout, helped me overcome sadness after watching a certain disastrous movie and introduced me to fucking Carpenter Brut. His music filled a hole I didn’t even know existed O_O And of course, now I have a pretty nice crack ship with Angel ^_^ It’s a good thing, to have some good slash after such a long time.
Now, this piece took me so long to finish, it’s ridiculous. Main reason, well, I happily jumped into painting it with pretty much zero idea how my version of the Thief should look like *facepalm* I'm still glad I worked on it though, because I finally drew an upside-down kiss (Angel is a spider, he can walk on the ceiling :P)
Alright, enough with my babbling. You can read “The Thief, The Spider, and The Hotel" here. If you liked it, please leave LazBriar some love. If you didn’t, click the backbutton and seek content you enjoy.
