Meet (but perhaps not greet) Ray Reginald Royston! The primary antagonist to appear in The Gist with Morgan and the main characters' longstanding arch-nemesis.

As it was with Sheffield's childhood and early adulthood, Ray was initially known as the son of another but more infamous voyager of their bygone era called Rax Reginald Royston, the former leader of an artifact search & extraction business, under the name of Royston Enterprises. While the O'Callaghan Clan handled a wide variety of international tasks as long as it was of ethical conduct, the Roystons on the other hand would only exchange with private collectors who'd be willing to pay top dollar for whatever caught their eye, even if it meant loosening up from the law and other boundaries. Often times their excursions would clash against with The O'Callaghan Clan's which would not only make Rax Royston and Brannon O'Callaghan fierce enemies, but would also result in Ray and Sheffield pulling each other's pants down for years to come.

After Rax perished, Ray took over as the new head of Royston Enterprises, continuing its endeavors of the past, but also seeks vengeance to completely wipe out the remains of the O'Callaghan Clan legacy, as he firmly believes that they are most accountable for his father dying "in vain". Besides his current role of leadership, his other line of work include being a sportsman, smuggler, hitman, mercenary, and general criminal adventurer.

Although Royston has a far more fit and athletic build in contrast to Sheffield's mostly out of shape figure, what he will lack in comparison to the other is his unwillingness to let go of their lifelong grudge.
