Sharp Toothed and Bad Tempered, she oversees all daily operations (when she's not out and about causing havok).

Ino wears a white coat with elastic midrif and black collar, her long arm gloves hold an ID Card in both hand backings so she never needs to wear a lanyard - she loves her thigh high socks and will wear them with most outfits. Her Left breast carries the Ministry of Joy's company logo and she wears two Mr Twirly's in her hair to keep her huge twintails in check. Ino is never usually seen without her hair up - at the most she lowers her twintails to the bottom of her head to give her a more professional look.

Ino started her path towards joy back in highschool where she was a bully and a trouble maker, she rolled with a gang of girls who got their own way, one method or another - this lead to multiple suspensions and eventually police involvement. Her home life took a turn for the worst when her family eventually kicked her out for being so problematic and forced her to live several weeks of December in homeless shelters which has given her a deep rooted hatred for Christmas but thanks to some lucky scouting from the Ministry of Joy - she was trialed as a Smiling Advocate.

The Joy Syrum made by the Ministry of Joy was a partial success on the delinquent - it improved her habits and lessened her violent tendencies but overall she retains her previous personality traits and attitude which still gets her into trouble but not with the law anymore. She enjoys picking on the Beornen Tribe leader; Wendolin and takes great pleasure in ruining the day of Levi Bon who works for Oblivion Laboratories across the plaza. Due to poorly timed trespassing on X-Sector property, Ino also encountered a blue haired tomboy called Whizzer - who has since become The Smiler's love interest and life partner.
