Newgrounds Rumble 2 concept: newcomers 4?

With a new art contest revolved around a Character reveal of NG Rumble just announce a few days ago, i decided to return to the old concept/idea that i had made a few months ago. That is the Icon for a Newcomers for a potential NG Rumble sequel which was an idea created by @Destri. But this time, it was a character from my own recommendation.
