Share

Full name : Empire of Latinium

Number of planets under control : 4 (7 before the division)

Main planet : Italino

Capitale : Romanista

Story : The desir to reform a glorious empire is the will of leaders when their country begins to fall. That's what happend in Italy where it profited of the instability in Europe to create the Empire of Latinium. After the fall of Earth, they use the strength from Roman soldiers centuries ago to conquer new planets. When the Empire was to big and divided, a civil war began between the Emperor's loyalists and the Reformers. After the seven years of wars, the Edict of Miasa decided to divide the Empire in two : four planets remain to Latinium and the three other ones form the Byzancos, but the relations between the two cartels stay nervous.

Government : Monarchy. The Emperor can decide on everything. The Senate has the legislative power but really decides if the Emperor doesn't.

Army : Strong infantry with armor and shields, soldiers charge by throwing grenades and send lighter soldiers to destabilize the enemies.

Flag : The burgundy is the color of the Emperor. The eagle [I know, I can't draw] is the symbol of the conquering army. The letters show the structure of the society : Deus (Gods), Caesar (Emperor), Extermonis (Army), Populus (People).

I know. The imperial eagle is really failed but it was the first time I try to draw it by hand. The letters don't look better.
