There are some festivals going on in my country right now.. and I submitted a version of this Illustration as my entry for those festivals.
I made all the design in Illustrator and then added some shades and texture in Photoshop, and finally added some film grain in Lightroom (I like more the Lightroom grain than the one in Photoshop).
