well, it's because of the Arabic dub of the cartoon.

plus mathoor means scared/terrified in Arabic, so it basically means he's gonna 'terrify' kids (which does fits him pretty well) i love how pokemon rumors were too much, but a murderous rabbit is okay on spacetoon XD
