The lord of shades.

An unknown quantity in the Blasted Isles, though obviously originating From Elsewhere it has often been known to wage war against the other Outer Lords, spreading devastation in it’s wake to the detriment of all. It is attended by scores of human and once-human followers, a following that is growing daily. The Settlement Network consider the Lord of Shades to be one of the deadliest Outer Lords for that reason, though open warfare with the entity is only being considered as a final option for fear of driving more desperate people into it’s service.
