Frieza just made a friend to help conquer stuff. Or Frieza wants to learn to mega-evolve and Mewtwo wants to reach his final transformation. Or did Frieza use a master ball and catch Mewtwo? Although this was made in 2018, this looks like AI-generated. Too early for that to possibly be made by an AI tho, but still the colours and the way they're used just looks ugly and jarring. I really don't know how many filters you have to apply at once just to make your art look THIS bad.

Putting the colours aside, the lineart is great and the character designs are fantastic. I like this retake of Mewtwo, he looks threatening.
