Inner City Part 4; Finale

Share

Ax'L quickly caught up with Korrigan following her setting fire to his apartment block, unprepared for her verocity behind the wheel. Again and again and again Korrigan threw her car into his; this wasn't a race, the head of the inner city was out for blood and this lizard was the main course. Having battled the craziest drivers in the inner city all three weeks, he was exhausted, the car needed work, finding the strength to not only try and evade her violent maneuvers, but to keep control through the pouring rain and stay awake was proving to be a herculean task.

Events reached a boiling point once Korrigan managed to funnel Ax'L off of the upper deck; in an attempt to get infront of him she lost traction, spun out and flew straight through the offramp wall, the tattered green banshee whailing as Korrigan could do nothing but spin up the turbo, the wheels frantically grasping at nothing as she plummeted into the wet, sleepless city below, all infront of an utterly horrified Ax'L.

Korrigan, and the death grip she held over the inner city, was gone.

Not gonna lie, writing this page delayed me an extra week and I'm still on the fence about it. Drawing cars getting beat up is another challenge that took ages, and I feel like I cut it a little shorter than I could've, but here it is! This format was a trip but I think I pulled it off! With this piece the Inner City arc is complete! Gonna change things up with the next few entries, hope anyone thats reading these sticks around!
