It's Gemini Man, from Mega Man 3, another one of my favorite Robot Masters, funny thing I initially drew him with a nose, til I was reminded... OH YEA, GEMINI MAN HAS NO NOSE! I think this came out rather well though. Still more or less a practice drawing though.
