Supposed to be Day 23: Exploding Star

This is Etoile Blaise, a French fire witch prodigy who wanted to find who killed her father with the school she enrolled yo. One of her attacks named Lumière brûlante (Or Burning Light), where she creates a small pocket of fire in a shape of a star. She hits the fire with her wand to explode, travel foward, or generate more flames in it.
