Merihem ,Purveyors of Pestilence - Neutral Evil(Other Titles is the Plague-Bearer Prince, Lord of the Marsh and the Father of Nightmares)

Merihem acts as a administration and judge in the stygian marsh to declare lost souls and monsters that have died for either new fiendish positions if he believes they can be redeemed or if the are in need of punishment where they are sent further on down. those who are judged as redeemable are titled as boogeymen and are recreated as Haunts, Horror(Fiends), or as Hags/Boggarts with new flesh and new forms. these Boogeymen are tasked as low-level Demons and work to reclaim their souls in the eyes of the demon lords and other fiends.
