Overview:

After JELLAR reaches Sexual maturity it will begin to loses one tentacle every decade. That tentacle will absorb UV Radiation until it has become a KASTAM-JELLAR. roughly smaller than its parent. KASTAM-JELLAR tends to be more daring then its parent becoming arrogant and overconfident. It takes about a Full-year to become a fully grown JELLAR. Outside its natural habitat, A mature JELLAR will rip off its own tentacle if threatened or attacked and will transfer UV Radiation forcing it to become a KASTAM-JELLAR to aid in its attack or defense. JELLAR is also known to use its spawn as a decoy to escape from a dangerous situation. - Capable of using Magnetic poll Force to levitate and fly over a wide array of surfaces. Like its parent, it is also able to absorb the radiation and convert it into energy as well it can regenerate a limb if it is chopped off or lost in battle it will grow a new one. However, it is incapable of using any type of Proton Rays or Bio-Magnetism to defend itself.

The U.S.A. Lands on the moon and Discover JELLAR, the true purpose of the mission was kept a secret to the Astronauts. No Russian craft was reported. KASTAM-JELLAR was later discovered while being transported to a MONARCH facility in Solgell Island.
