The Hoa P'sher is a cunning creature, the first ever deemed a substantial enough threat to warrant a capture and containment operation.

Preying on the greed for power, it is known by survivors as 'He Who Bears a Crown.' This extraterrestrial beast slowly empowers individuals, driving them to rampage against their own people. The Hoa P'sher feeds on the resulting carnage and ultimately, on the very soul of the one who made the contract with them.

It is unknown if the Hoa'Psher is capable of reproducing or if they always existed in a specific number. As stated by Nero the Warden, all known 01 entities have been contained, however, they have not yet been granted the status of fully contained, which may indicate they are capable of escaping if given the opportunity.
