A The World Ends With You original character. He's a Reaper, he has different wings as the rest of the Reapers as you can see, and he won the game once before becoming a Reaper. He prefers fighting with only his legs, and therefore keeps his hands in his pockets while fighting. Though when he does start fighting using his hands, his true power comes forth.

He mainly summons one specific Noise; an unknown Dragon shaped one, big enough for him to ride on. I'll create an art piece of this dragon in a while.

I haven't thought of a name for him yet. If you do think of a name that would fit in the TWEWY universe, please tell me.
