This was made for the OC by Night Collab. The background is extremely simple because the collab needed a transparent background. I didn't want to waste too much time making a background just for this post, and it didn't look good as is without one, so I just put a simple gradient just to get the idea across.

This was also used as my profile pic way in advance, so everyone got a cropped sneak-peek of this as well.

Really liked making this one. Something about making a gory version of a character that you don't want to kill felt oddly satisfying...Though, these extra details did make it take a little longer to draw. It also made me experiment with radial gradients and using them to shade really small areas, or areas that are circular. Every fleshy and boney bit, as well as the entirety of the dirt was just shaded with circular gradients.

Looks pretty good all things considered. Though, the colours do feel a little off (in part due to me not really knowing what sort of background there would be in the collab). Gonna need to use more realistic references with these more cartoony OCs of mine just to get the colours on them just right when I shade them.

LOL! Adding that to the list of things people confuse my rabbit OCs for.

Most common one being a bat if you're curious

Really like the slight shading.
