Man from Seattle RP hails from a colony of which his depravity and pay went hand in hand. He could just be another KOS happy maniac but he doesn't strike me as such. He is too familiar with his surroundings and his work, as is shown by his almost artisan approach to people and his equipment. His payment however is a bit more sensible, garnished munitions aside.
