2nd Lieutenant Talia Acker has a deep seeded relationship with 1st Lieutenant Helena Cortez. After Talia's family was wiped out by vampires, the Cortez family adopted Talia. Talia went hunting with Mr. Cortez constantly who would teach her survival techniques especially tracking and field medicine. Because she feels in debt for such a luxurious family adopting her, Talia has decided to join the military to protect those in need and Helena. She can heal but she can harm. She wants to hunt vampires knowing that they will continue to harm innocents, her rifle is only for those who bring harm to those who do not deserve it.
