I originally wanted to do a really colourful piece with a bunch of graphics in the background... and then I remembered I have SAI. There's no way in heck I'm gonna be able to do that with just a brush tool.
Anyway, here's a thing. Also he doesn't actually fly (because too op), I just had no idea what to do for a plan b background. lol
