The most unique piece of artwork that I've seen on newgrounds, the colors look vividly amazing, that eye design is just crazy nice, and she kind of reminds me of the cartoon mermaid from 'The Little Mermaid', but a more serious type one.

Colorful
A well-designed character with a palette well combined, but I think you should render the colors that are on the left the gamma makes the pixels and dulling the shine of that area.
