This is an Eisvogel unit named Aaron. They're a technician as well as an electric engineer. They have been manufactured alongside Ara units and Mynah's to help build the world as it is. However their prone to get pissed off easily if you show them broken gadgets and the only way to stabilize, them is to fix the issue.
