His robes are Baja Blast colored.

Referenced from, and based off of this image. Originally drawn on some graph paper, then "scanned" (read: photographed) and imported into my art program to fix some errors.

The background is a blurred Minecraft screenshot that I took at least 2 years ago, with some lighting effects applied to make it look like it belongs in the scene.
