What a fun-looking character! The almost fish-like appendages creates such a cool type of appearance, almost like a blend between a dragon and an anglerfish. Awesome work!

he and Saike are like two peas and a pod, bullying, pranks. He has been friends with Saike since the start of middle school, their friendship was secret. He was disowned for not only being gay but helping Saike put her dad in jail.
