I started working on the original version of this something like five years ago, but never finished it. I liked the idea enough to revisit it late last year, which included a change in the uniforms the twins were wearing. The uniforms themselves are those of the Vaetani Imperial Guard, an organisation in a setting I have been working on occasionally over the past few years. The twins are not from that setting, but that did not stop me sticking them in outfits from there.
