Goku has stage 3 pancreatic cancer, he's been going through chemotherapy for 3 month and has currently finished his latest treatment cycle.

But trouble is ahead, the doctors have told Chi-Chi that Goku's cancer is very aggressive and it'll likely progress to stage 4 pancreatic cancer... surgery may be needed.
