duuuuude! im actually working on a pin-up of medusa thats almost the exact same pose! the only difference is that the legs on mine were facing forward and a bit more spread out, not ta mention the snakes, lolololz

ummmmm, as for feed back.
the foreground is pretty good, i must say. maybe just a boarder that matches her tattoos. for the back ground, what you could do, considering you already have a good layout, just add some colors, like green, pink, orange, etc. and use a fade type of gradient on photoshop to blend the colors. that should give the whole piece more of a black light poster feel, giving more attitude, energy, and all around life to this one.
other than that, this is deff going in my faves, hahahaha

The anatomy of the arms, and the 5p sized nipplets are quite off-putting.
