really nice!, i would try to add a second or 2 of pausing after each sentence to so it doesnt give whiplash, maybe also add an idle animation in the 1 or 2 seconds he's not talking in them, i think it would give more bounce and character, and feel more like a game cutscene

This is a old unfinished animation i made, where you talk too a shopkeeper named Terenta. I had big plans for it but i never completely finished everything i had planned, this is also the reason the background looks so unfinished
