Well. This is my first time using Krita, with this Fake Screenshot of a Pico's School retro anime

I had a headcannon ready for this screenshot, because this "anime" was aired sometime between 1993 and 1994. But hey, since it's a fake screenshot, I don't think it's even necessary to ask if it's real.

PS: I know that I have to improve in some aspects of drawing.

For the drawa, i used krita. and for the effect, i used ntcsQT
