I really loved this piece, I wish It was one of the top mentioned in the contest that Jazza put up. This work has wonderful detail and style in the portrayal of the characters played in the movies, this is one of my top favorites so far. I had fun entering this contest and I hope you did too.

I had a lot of fun with this one :D. I have been planning for a while to do a portrait tribute to both Sir Christopher Lee and Alan Rickman for their contribution to cinematography and also for portraying 2 of the most awesome characters ever :O. I also thought that choosing Saruman and Snape for the challenge was interesting as they're kinda opposites of eachother. Snape being a defender of justice albeit coming off as the bad guy, and Saruman pretending to be the good guy when he actually succumbed to the dark powers that be :). I wish I had more time for this one, but I would never have finished if I just kept polishing on and on xD.

:D I'm glad you like it! I've had a lot of fun with this one to be honest as I got to out of my comfort zone a bit with portraits :O. I try joining in on all of Jazza's CotM's just to challenge myself :D, but I won't deny that the prize would be a bonus hehe xD I also think that the winners did a truly awesome job too, and put out some truly good art-work, so kudos to them for winning! :)
