The Psycho is a crazed experiment from the testing lab ''site 13''. this experiment was to inject a liquid well know at site 13 as ''Altodaseum'', which was designed to speed up the thinking process and movement speed of its hosts,most tests were unsuccessful and most likely ended with the death of the host, however some hosts were driven insane and began to develop fast growing mutations, mostly just the stretching of limbs causing them to run at amazing speeds and were smart enough to escape the confinement of their testing chambers. the Psycho is a ''type C-5'' creation making it one of the most dangerous creations down in site 13 and has the speed and reaction time to dodge gunfire.
