Their race is called the Moon'archs, an alien race that can rarely be found in observatories hidden on the moons of planets across the galaxy. They have the capability to read the future of planets and galaxies, and it's said they have infinite knowledge. They were know to guide people who seeked to know their future; but after all the suns died, they vanished without any trace.

This character is called Dia, she's a oc of mine from a story where all the suns died. Maybe I'll post some more about this story later.
