Aafter her father got fired from his job when the alcohol prohibiton kicked in, Claire Samson started working at a manor property of a marriage; the lady of the house, Madeleine Cartman, one day after her husband left the house (A very often move he does for a whole week) Madeleine asked Claire to be her lover... at a time where their relationship would not be well accepted, so of course, Claire accepted.
