I would say this is a tribute to these characters and the their creators, Tom Fulp, Dan Paladin, and Johnny Utah. I was hoping to make this into like a Newgrounds Rumble thing and have the phrase 'A new challenger appears' above them. But I'm happy with this piece already the way it is.
